PURPOSE:To secure the transmission from a service processor having high priority, by providing a monitoring means which monitors the connected state of an automatic circuit switching equipment and a switching means which forcibly switches the channel of the automatic circuit switching equipment to the service processor. CONSTITUTION:Upon receiving an automatic message request from an operating system (OS) 11, a service processor 3 makes an automatic dialing request to a network controller 5 by means of a transmission-reception controlling means 31 through a circuit interface 304 and automatic circuit switching device 4 in order to transmit information to a remote maintenance center device 6 and transmits automatic message information after a communication circuit 506 is connected. The service processor 3 is provided with a channel monitoring means 32 which monitors the connected state of the channel of the automatic circuit switching device 4 through a diagnostic interface 314 and a forcibly switching means 33 which forcibly switches the connected state of the channel. |
