发明名称 PRINTING SURFACE FORMING METHOD OF PRINTING BLANKET
摘要 PURPOSE:To obtain a printing surface which is efficient in reproducibility of a dot and solid printing, by a method wherein a surface of a rubber layer is made a fine uneven surface by transferring liquid elastmer and resin to a rubber layer by printing, or otherwise the surface of the rubber layer is made the fine uneven surface by fixing a roller to the rubber layer by pressure, and is lastly bridged. CONSTITUTION:A part of a plate cylinder 10 which is preliminarily formed is dipped into a rubber solution 12 in a solution tank 11 and besides, a doctor 13 is arranged to the plate cylinder 10. A surface roughness of the plate cylinder 10 is finished to 2-15mum with a prober type roughness gauge, and is preferably finished to about 5-6mum. A blanket semiproducts 16 guided by guide rollers 15, 15 are passed between the plate cylinder 10 and an impression cylinder 14 provided above the plate cylinder 10. Since a rubber layer which becomes a printing surface of the blanket semiproducts 16 passes while being pressured with the plate cylinder 10 by the impression cylinder 14, rubber solution sticked to a recessed part 17 of the plate cylinder 10 is transferred to a surface of the rubber layer, and a fine uneven surface without directional property is formed. Then, the blanket semiproducts of which the printing surface are made a coarse surface are wound on the other side, and an uneven surface is formed by bridging.
