PURPOSE:To produce a uniform and large sized superconducting material by spraying molten mixture of powder of metallic La, Sr, Cu, and/or powder of oxides thereof, or powder of metallic Y, Ba, Cu, and/or powder of oxides thereof onto a substrate. CONSTITUTION:A starting material for an La-Sr-Cu-O type superconducting material is prepd. by mixing metallic powder of La, Sr, and Cu, and/or powder of oxides, i.e. La2O3, SrO2, and CuO. And/or a starting material for a Y-Ba-Cu type superconducting material is prepd. by mixing metallic powder of Y, Ba, and Cu, and/or powder of oxides, i.e. Y2O3, BaO, and CuO. Said starting material(s) is(are) sprayed in molten state onto a metallic substrate or a ceramic substrate. |
