PURPOSE:To produce a product having good quality at a low production cost without using a highly advanced technique by charging the melt of pure aluminum added with a required additive at a specified pressure and speed into a casting mold provided with a specified vent. CONSTITUTION:A vent 2 is provided in a casting mold for a hammer having a handle hole 3, and the melt of pure aluminum added with about 4% additive is cast therein through a charging port 1 under about 35-40ton/cm<2> and at about >=70km charging speed. Productin of a product having no defect such as pin hole, or the like and having sufficient hardness and good quality is made possible without using any intricate material compounding and highly advanced technique. The cost of production is thus reduced considerably. |
