PURPOSE:To miniaturize the device by placing a telescopic driving gear on a moving base for feeding a filter plate, extending an arm for feeding the filter plate therefrom, making the arm freely expandable and contractable with respect to a filter plate handle place, and guiding the arm along a guide member. CONSTITUTION:Rollers 2 and 2 are pivoted on the moving base 1, and the base can be moved on rails 3 and 3. A piston device 8 is fixed to the moving base 1, and a rod 9 can be expanded and contracted. The arm 10 for feeding the filter plate 30 is connected to the rod 9, a feed claw 12 is pivoted on the arm 10, and the arm is guided along the guide member 11. The feed claw 12 is freely rotatively held by the feed arm 10 at its center, and pulled by a spring 14. As a result, the filter plate 30 is smoothly moved by a motor 20 through the feed arm 10.
