PURPOSE:To obtain a real open type transmission system without any restriction on a transmission format for transmitting a digital signal by disposing a circuit network which can turn into any function circuit by a designation signal on a reception side. CONSTITUTION:A transmission composite unit 1 receives a transmission signal from a transmission path, and outputs the signals of data D, a frame pulse F and a clock pulse C to the circuit network 2. On the other hand, an initialization circuit 4 gives a line-connecting information indicator 3 the recall signal R of a level '0' just after a power is turned on, and n-number of data stored in the memory of the indicator 3 are given to the circuit network 2 as line-connecting information (basic pattern). The circuit network 2 line- connects the input/output terminal group of a NAND gate element circuit and an FF element circuit with which the circuit network intergrates to a matrix wiring by the on/off control of a switch, whereby the circuit network 2 is constituted to have receiving function circuits that can distribute data signals to n-number of terminal equipments, and n-number of output terminals.
