PURPOSE:To prevent the abnormal rise of pressure in a valve chamber by installing a piping for thermal medium and an automatic thermal valve in order to sense the temperature in each block of a valve device and successively control the opening operation of the thermal medium valve. CONSTITUTION:When liquid solidifies or viscosity increases and fluidity deteriorates, a thermal valve 14 is opened in order to send stream into the jacket part 13 of a tank. and then the fluid in the tank is molten, and at the time point when the perfect liquefaction is achieved, a thermostat 17 operates, and thermal medium is sent into the thermal medium reservoirs 11 and 12 by the operation of an automatic thermal medium valve 15, and the fluid in a port 8 and a small hole 10 is molten. An automatic thermal valve 16 is opened by a thermostat 18 which senses the liquefied fluid temperature, and the thermal medium is sent into the jacket part 5, and the fluid in a valve chamber 9 is liquefied, and the liquid in the valve chamber is smoothly returned into the port 8. |
