PURPOSE:To easily carry and move a device with a human power, by placing and fixing a reflecting mirror on a second pedestal whose supporting table is foldable, and mounting a primary radiator at the tip part of an arm whose supporting table is foldable. CONSTITUTION:A tripod 11 is opened and arranged at a prescribed place. Next, a reflecting mirror supporting table 14 is opened and mounted on the pedestal 111 of the tripod 11, and adjustment almost in a level direction is performed by a jack 113. Furthermore, after mounting the primary radiator 13 on the supporting table 14, a communication equipment and material 12 is placed in the supporting table 14. And a reflecting mirror 15 is assembled and mounted on the supporting table 14, and a waveguide or a cable B is connected, and furthermore, a satellite is captured by performing the adjustment in the level direction and that of an upper and lower angle, or the adjustment of polarization is performed. In such a way, it is possible to transport the tripod 11, the primary radiator 13, the supporting table 14, and the reflecting mirror 15 separately, and to fold the tripod 11 and the supporting table 14 portably, and to bi-sect the reflecting mirror 15.
