PURPOSE:To attain a radio control without difficulty in a visual observation even for a small radio controlled air plane or remote form of the air plane by constituting of a telescope and the radio controller of a radio controlled flying body disposed on its tube or a support base. CONSTITUTION:The support base 6 of the telescope a binocular 1 is disposed at the lower part of the tube of the binocular 1, a handle 7 for supporting it by hands of a radio operator 5 horizontally oppositely disposed on the base 6. A telescopic type radio controller 3 is disposed on the operator 5 side in front of the base 6 and a levers 4 are disposed at positions where they can be operated by the thumb while holding the handle 7 by both the hands of the operator 5. Then, the operator 5 holds the handle 7 and looks into the binocular 1 while visually recognizing the radio controlled flying body and radio controls the levers 4.
