PURPOSE:To perform data transfer without lowering the processing capability of a software by eliminate the need to perform conversion between a write address and a read address through the software. CONSTITUTION:When a processor 1 outputs a readout control signal to a signal line 3 and address information to an address output line 4 so as to read data out of a memory 18, the address information is added to the output of a register 8 by using an adder 11 and the sum of an address signal and a preset readout head address is outputted to an output signal line 14. At this time, the readout address area is accessed to the memory 18 and the output from the memory 18 is sent on a data bus 7 and read in the processor 1. The processor 1 writes the read data as it is.
