PURPOSE:To facilitate the laser beam machining and to speed up it by projecting a laser beam on an optional pattern of a mask by an optical system for selecting the pattern and converging it on the optional position of a work to converge and project the laser beam on the work without changing the mask and moving the work. CONSTITUTION:The laser beam 2 emitted from a laser beam device 1 is displaced and guided by a mirror. Mirrors 6 and 7 provided to a galvanometer which is the optical system 5 for selecting the pattern are rotated in the horizontal and vertical directions respectively by actions of driving devices 8 and 9 by instructions of a controller 15 and the laser beam is projected on the optional pattern 19 on the mask 18 and converged by a condensing lens 4. Continuously, mirrors 11 and 12 provided to a galvanometer which is an optional system 10 for marking are rotated in the horizontal and vertical directions respectively by actions of driving devices 13 and 14 by the instructions of the controller 15 and the converged beam is converged and projected on the optional position of the work 16. Accordingly, the laser beam machining is facilitated and performed at a high speed without changing the mask and moving the work. Moreover, the pattern position and the projection position are stored in the controller 15. |
