PURPOSE:To reduce the area for installing a transfer device and an amount of solution in the transfer device equipped between two tanks adjoining each other by enabling the tank to be filled and emptied and the solution to be transferred from one tank to the other with an aggregate container connected to the tip of a rotatable arm provided on a movable member of an elevating equipment installed between the tanks. CONSTITUTION:The elevation height of the movable member 4 of an elevation member 2 is to be set a little higher than the height of an aggregate container 7 that goes in and out of a tank 1 and its lowest position is to be set lower than when an arm 6 is in a horizontal state and also lower than the support portion 8 of the aggregate container 7 when the aggregate container 7 is inserted in the tank 1. When the aggregate container 7 inserted in the tank 1 is to be removed by raising, the movable member 4 is to be raised, with the arm 6 kept in the lowest position, to make an engaging portion 9 engage with an engaging portion 8 of the container 7 so as to lift up the container 7 above the tank 1. After moving the aggregate container 7 above the adjoining tank 1 by rotating the arm 6, the movable member 4 is to be lowered to store it in the tank 1. The area for installing the transfer device can be reduced by this manner.
