PURPOSE:To completely record and store a desired broadcast at and after the head part by stopping the recording action at a position preceding by the prescribed length the position where a signal is supplied to switch an endless recording action to a storage recording action. CONSTITUTION:An input device 1c serves as a switch that is operated by an operator, etc., and supplies a signal to switch an endless recording mode to a storage recording mode when the radio voices are recorded and stored. When said signal is supplied, a controller 1b continues the recording actions successively at the position where the signal is supplied and stops the recording actions at a position preceding a point where the recording action has one round. Thus the broadcast preceding by the prescribed length a time point when a signal is supplied from the device 1c is recorded and stored at a time point desired by the operator or a point preceding slightly said time point. As a result, a desired broadcast can be completely recorded.
