PURPOSE:To lengthen a service time and to obtain a low noise small-sized semiconductor motor by forming an armature of a pressed or forged soft steel material without brush. CONSTITUTION:The inner center 16b of a core 16 formed by pressing or forging a soft steel plate is bent downward. Its outside is bent downward in a ring shape, but the width of a section 16a which becomes a bent protrusion is equal, and arranged on the same circumference face at an equal pitch. A core 16 is composed entirely of the same configuration, but the inner peripheral annular ring is bent upward to become a ring 15b to be engaged with a ring 16b. The outer peripheral annular ring becomes salient-poles 15a, 15c to be bent upward. Salientpoles 16a, 16c, 15a, 15c are so arranged as to be disposed in the same circumferential face. One armature coil 4 is wound to be attached on the outer periphery of the ring 16b. When an armature coil 4 is energized, the poles 16a, 16c are excited as N poles, and the poles 15a, 15c are excited as S poles, while the coil is reversely energized, the polarities of the N-, S-poles of the salient poles are inverted. |
