发明名称 ANTIREFLECTION FILM OF PLASTIC OPTICAL PARTS
摘要 PURPOSE:To obtain an antireflection film having excellent adhesion, durability and optical characteristics by forming vapor deposited films having 3-layered structure on the surface of plastic optical parts and forming a 1st layer of a mixture composed of silicone monoxide and silicon dioxide, the 2nd layer of zirconium oxide and the 3rd layer of silicon dioxide. CONSTITUTION:The 1st layer 2 is formed of the mixture composed of the sili cone monoxide and the silicon dioxide, the 2nd layer 3 of the zirconium oxide and the 3rd layer 4 of the silicon dioxide in the structure to constitute the antireflection film by forming the vapor deposited films having the 3-layered structure consisting of the 1st layer, the 2nd layer and the 3rd layer successively from a front face side to an air side on the surface of the plastic optical parts. The film thicknesses are not particularly limited and may be changed according to design wavelengths. The thicknesses may be any if the structure is as shown in the figure. The adhesion to the plastic optical parts is thereby enhanced and the durability of the antireflection film is improved; in addition, the spectral reflection characteristic is improved and the generation of cracking is obviated.
