PURPOSE:To avoid the looseness of winding of capacitor element, and stabilize characteristics, by winding an adhesive tape containing an adhesive agent, around the winding end-portion of an anode foil and a cathode foil, in which adhesive agent, thermosetting agent is dispersed in photoset resin, and radiating ultraviolet rays. CONSTITUTION:An anode foil 11 and a cathode foil 12 are wound, between which a separator 13 is interposed. The winding end-portion of a wound body is fixed with an adhesive tape 14. This tape is made of an ultraviolet ray transmitting film 21, and a mixture in which a thermosetting agent 23 is dispersed in a photoset resin 22 is added to the film as an adhesive agent. The wound body is irradiated with ultraviolet rays. The wound body is impregnated with electrolyte for driving, and a capacitor element is formed. The element is contained in a cylindrical case with a bottom, and the opening end is sealed with hole-sealing material. Thereby, the looseness of winding of a capacitor element is avoided, and the characteristics are stabilized.
