A device for dispensing portions of foodstuffs, spices, stimulants or similar in the form of poorly flowing powders for domestic use is fitted with a metering slide. The metering device comprising a bulk container (1) and a metering slide (3) is fitted with a stirrer (18) consisting essentially of an impeller wheel (26) which moves synchronously with the metering slide (3). The bulk material which is prone to blocking is thereby stirred and disaggregated, and the metering chambers (12) are therefore always completely filled. The metering device is particularly suitable for flour from ground cereals or coffee, powdered sugar and similar. |
