PURPOSE:To reduce the cost by providing a capacitor connected to a power supply and a high-voltage transformer, a switch opening or closing the connection between the power supply and the high-voltage transformer connected to the capacitor, and a drive control unit of a switching element. CONSTITUTION:When a power supply 1 is turned on, a capacitor 24 is charged, a control unit 30 is set to the operating condition by the voltage, if the cooking start operation is performed under this condition, the control unit 30 turns a switching element 31 on. When the switching element 31 is turned on, a switch 12 is operated by the voltage of the capacitor 24, a current is fed to a high- voltage transformer 25, and cooking is started. Since the voltage is applied to the capacitor 24 from the high-voltage transformer 25 via rectifiers 23, 26, the operating voltage of the switch 12 and the control unit 30 can be obtained. No transformer for the control unit is thereby required, and the cost can be reduced.
