PURPOSE:To simplify the structure, and to contrive to reduce the cost by consti tuting an illuminating device of an illuminating part embedded plural light sources and a translucent scattering plate fixed to said part. CONSTITUTION:An illuminating device 8 is constituted of an illuminating part 20 providing plural light emission diodes 19 attached to the periphery of an arm 18 fixed to a head 17 and having a through-hole through which an adsorbing nozzle 4 is inserted freely in the center provided with the reflecting surface of a control surface, and a translucent scattering plate 16 installed to the lower end of the inside diameter of the illuminating part 20. In such a way, since plural light sources are used, the scattering plate is illuminated uniformly by a simple structure, and since the light emission diode 19 is used as the light source, it is strong against a vibration and a stable light quantity is obtained for many hours, and also, since no optical fiber is used, there is no possibility of disconnection. In such a way, an electronic parts recognizing device having an inexpensive illuminating device is obtained by a simple structure. |
