PURPOSE:To accurately and rapidly predict lowering of furnace heat in a blast furnace by finding solution loss carbon quantity and N2 concn. by analyzing top furnace gas in the blast furnace operation and using integrated evaluation comparing these moving average values with plural threshold values. CONSTITUTION:The concn. of CO, CO2, N2, etc., in the to furnace gas during the blast furnace operation is analyzed at relatively short time intervals and the moving average values for the prescribed interval on the solution loss carbon quantity of endothermic reaction caused by C+CO2 2CO and the N2 concn. are calculated. The evaluation point obtained by comparing these moving aver age values with plural threshold values epsilony1, epsilony2, epsilony3 of the moving average of the N2 gas concn. to the time and plural threshold values epsilonx1, epsilonx2, epsilonx3 of the moving average of the solution loss carbon quantity is used to the prediction of the furnace temp. based on the integrated evaluation and the lowerings of the furnace temp. and the molten iron temp. in the blast furnace can be rapidly and accurately predicted. |
