PURPOSE:To preserve the order of time slots by branching only data of wide- band subscribers by a branching circuit, writing them in a storage circuit, and reading and inserting them at optional time slot positions. CONSTITUTION:Wide-band subscriber data which requires plural time slots is branched when a branch insertion control circuit 400 actuates the branching circuit through a branching signal line 50 and written in the storage circuit 500 in order by starting from a control signal line 51. Then a branch insertion control circuit 400 reads wide-band data out of the storage circuit 500 through a readout control signal line 61 at the position of a time slot to be exchange and an inserting circuit 300 inserts it according to the starting through an insertion control signal line 60. Thus, the data are read out of the storage circuit in writing order, so the time slot order of wide-band data is preserved automatically.
