PURPOSE:To facilitate the cleaning of a juicer, by using a detachable separation wall composed of an elastic metal and a sheet between a juice-collection port and a skin-discharging port of a juicer and easily removing the separation wall from the juicer in the case of cleaning. CONSTITUTION:A separation wall 13 composed of an elastic metal 14 and a sheet 15 is detachably attached between a juice collection port 11 and a skin discharging port 12 of a juicer for business use. The detachable attachment of the wall can be carried out by attaching a protrusion 9 having a shaft 9a and a head 9b having larger diameter than the shaft on the wall surface of the skin discharging port 12 and providing the leg part of the elastic metal 14 of the separation wall 13 with a joint hole and slit 16 wherein the hole 16a passes the head 9b and the slit 16b passes the shaft 9a but inhibits the passage of the head 9b.
