PURPOSE:To obtain the title composition excellent in lubricity, sili-coatability and does not stain an object in contact therewith, by mixing a thermosetting resin cpmposition with a specified modified silicone. CONSTITUTION:The title composition is obtained by mixing 100pts.wt. at least one thermosetting resin composition (A) selected from an epoxy (ester) resin, an amino resin, a polyester resin, an alkyd resin, and a acrylic resin with 0.01-2 pts.wt. modified silicone (B) prepared by the introducing group of the formula [wherein R1 is a 1-6C alkylene and R2 is a 1-10C (un)saturated alkyl] to a terminal or a side chain of a silicone resin having a linear polysiloxane skele ton, such as dimethylpolysiloxane, diphenylpolysiloxane or phenylmethylpolysilo xane. This composition is optionally dissolved in an organic solvent or water, applied to a substrate such as (un) painted metallic sheet, and cured by baking at 160-190 deg.C for 10-20min.
