The invention relates to a device intended to decant a liquid or fluid from one container to the another without having recourse to a funnel or other chance procedure and avoiding losses and splashes. It is constituted by a tapped 2 cylindrical housing 1 ensuring the fixing on the container. A reinforced sleeve 5 which is flexible and extensible is fixed on two zones provided for this purpose at 1 and 3. A closing device is composed of: a sleeve 3 threaded 4 on its upper part and a tapped 7 cap 6, a seal 8 and a connecting strap 9; the assembly fits into the cylinder 1 after use. The device according to the invention is particularly intended for cans of motor vehicle lubricant, cans of the jerry can type and camping equipment. <IMAGE>
