<p>PURPOSE:To perform precise processing without generating an error in processing accuracy, by arranging a plate and a molding tool in a mold and alternately generating liquid pressure in a high pressure state and statically generated liquid pressure at least once to act the same on the single surface of the plate. CONSTITUTION:A plate 15 for an impression base or denture base and a molding tool 17 for the impression base or denture base having a recessed part 16 preformed into a desired shape so as to coincide with the impression base or denture base to be molded are arranged in the cavity 19 of molds 2, 3 in opposed relationship. Next the liquid pressure in a high pressure state instantaneously generated by the liquid pressure generator provided so as to communicate with the cavity 19 of the molds 2, 3 in order to generate liquid pressure by gas pressure and the liquid pressure statically generated by a static pressure generating means provided apart from the liquid pressure generator are allowed to alternately act on the single surface of the plate 15 arranged in the molds 2, 3 at least once respectively to bring the plate 15 into contact with the recessed part 16 of the molding tool 17. By this method, the plate 15 is curved into a desired shape to mold the impression base or denture base.</p> |
