PURPOSE:To compensate an offset of an output with simple circuit constitution by providing a compensation bipolar transistor (TR) so as to prevent current from flowing to a load, when a differential input is zero. CONSTITUTION:A base of a compensation bipolar TR Q6 is connected to a collector of a bipolar TR Q2, the collector is connected to a voltage source Vcc and the emitter is connected to a collector of a bipolar TR Q1. The base current of the bipolar TR Q6 compensates the effect of the base current of the bipolar TR Q3 influenced by the current flowing to a terminal 5 of constant current of a Wilson constant current circuit 3. Thus, when a differential input VIN given between the bases of the bipolar TRs Q1, Q2 is zero, no current flows to a load RL and the output offset is compensated.
