摘要 PURPOSE:To regenerate dehumidifying towers efficiently, to eliminate counterflow in switching and to make it possible to perform safe operation, by providing a circulating line, which is connected to an output pipe for another dehumidifying tower, at the input pipe for one dehumidifying tower of the dehumidifying towers, which are arranged in two systems in parallel. CONSTITUTION:Dry air injecting pipes 25a and 25b are connected to input pipes 24a and 24b, which are connected to two dehumidifying towers 7a and 7b. Circulating lines 16a and 16b, which are branched between the dry air injecting pipes 25a and 25b and the dehumidifying towers 7a and 7b, are connected. The other ends of the circulating lines 16a and 16b are connected to output pipes 26a and 26b of the dehumidifying towers 7a and 7b. For example, when one dehumidifying tower 7a is regenerated, an input valve 12a and an output valve 13a are closed, and a linking valve 14a is opened. Then, the dehumidifying tower 7a is started to regenerate by a negative pressure. In order to increase the efficiency furthermore, gas whose dehumidification is finished in the other dehumidifying tower 7b, is injected through the output pipe 26b by way of the circulating line 16b. At this time, a pressure regulating valve 13b is adjusted through an operator 21 so as not to disturb the pressure in the system. Thus the constant pressure is maintained.
