发明名称 METHOD FOR FORMING HIGH PERFORMANCE CHROMIUM-CONTAINING RESIN FILM TO METAL SURFACE-TREATED STEEL PLATE
摘要 PURPOSE:To form a film excellent in appearance capacity and uniform adhesiveness, by coating a metal surface-treated steel plate with a specific chromium component-containing resin solution by an electrostatic atomizing method and heating the coated steel plate to provide a specific amount of a resin film. CONSTITUTION:Activating treatment due to an alkaline bath is applied to the surface of a metal surface-treated steel plate such as a zinc plated steel plate immediately after plating. Subsequently, the chromium component-containing resin solution 1 supplied from the solution tank 2 storing said resin solution 1 by a supply pump 3 is atomized by an electrostatic atomizing apparatus 4 and the negatively charged atomized particles of the chromium component- containing resin solution are sprayed to the positively charged metal surface- treated steel plate to be uniformly adhered thereto. The chromium component- containing resin solution contains a resin component in an amount of 50-400g/l and a chromium component in a ratio of 1/50-1/1 the resin content and the viscosity thereof is 3-50cps at ambient temp. and the electric conductivity thereof is 2-30 milli-siemens/cm(ms/cm).
