PURPOSE:To improve the safety in the repairing-replacement work for equipment by installing a limit switch for detecting the closing of at least one of two stop valves installed in a control oil pipe and an emergency oil pipe of a steam valve driving device. CONSTITUTION:In the repairing replacement of the constitution equipment, a steam valve 1 is perfectly closed, and the first and second stop valves 17 and 18 are closed, and an operating handle 20a is lowered, and the lever of a limit switch 19a is pushed down, and the cut-off of the conduit of a control oil piping 11 is detected. The detection signal opening-operates a selecting switch installed in the signal circuits for a speedy signal operation solenoid valve 15 and a servovalve 13, and cuts off the signal electric current supplied into each equipment, and at the same time, the lamp indication for permitting the start of replacement work is performed on a control panel in a central operating chamber and a control panel on the site. An operator or a worker confirms this indication and carries out the repairing replacement work for the defect equipment. Therefore, the operator is prevented from the electric shock accident and the accident due to the short circuit of a connector, and the safety in work can be improved markedly.
