PURPOSE:To contrive consistent automation of a wiring operation by receiving a wire material from a first processing equipment making measuring-cutting and a terminal treatment, and conducting the wiring operation according to a prescribed path on a model board. CONSTITUTION:As a wiring operation proceeds a wire material 2 folded double in a magazine 46 shortens gradually, and when reaching a preset residual wire length, a Y2 arm begins action and another tool (terminal tool 35) commences movement toward on a prescribed fixture. A start end tool 27 releases the material 2 out of the tool at the immediate front of a fixture in which a residual one end (terminal) unfixed is inserted. At that time, the wire material is released with the tool 27 made to closely approach the tool 35 with a X' arm driven so that the material 2 released from the tool 27 does not hang over a board. Then the tool 35 moves the wire material terminal part to a prescribed fixture by action of X1 and Y2 arms, inserts the terminal part by action of a Z2 arm, and thereby a wiring operation of one wire material finishes. A wiring is formed by repeating the above operation afterward. This enables consistent automation of a wiring operation to be realized. |
