PURPOSE:To use an ultrasonic crushing probe in the most efficient state, by providing a means capable of being matched with a transformer performing impedance matching in various impedances and making it possible to perform the connection matching with the impedance of an ultrasonic vibrator on both of an electric side and the ultrasonic vibrator side. CONSTITUTION:A control part 30 composed of a microprocessor is provided for the control of the whole and the first output terminal thereof is connected to a power source part 32 while the second output terminal thereof is connected to an oscillation part 34. The power source part 32 is formed from a power source whose output voltage is variable in accordance with the control signal from the control part 30. The oscillation output of the oscillation part 34 is connected to one terminal of the primary winding of an oscillation transformer 38 through an amplifying part 36 and the secondary winding thereof is connected to the ultrasonic vibrator 5 in an ultrasonic crushing probe 1. A means taking the impedance matching of the ultrasonic crushing probe 1 with the power source part 32 is provided to said secondary winding. That is, for example, five taps are erected on the secondary winding so as to take different impedance values so as to be adaptable to various ultrasonic crushing probes 1.
