The shock-damper is incorporated in the safety-belt anchorage of a child's car seat. At the rear of the backrest is an anchoring bar accommodating one or more bushes of elastomer material, secured in the lengthwise direction. An anchoring loop on the belt (4) fits round each bush. The latter can form part of a tube (7) enclosed between lateral supports (6) on the seat.
