PURPOSE:To enable good correction to be performed by thoroughly touching even an incorrect recorded image of a material to be recorded of low surface smoothness without back transfer, by a method wherein a first adhesive layer containing plastic resin provided between a base material and a second adhesive layer is made to have cohesive strength, adhesion force and pliability in heating. CONSTITUTION:A public known film and paper can be used as a base material 1 and further, a first adhesive layer 2 contains thermoplastic resin which has high cohesive strength and high adhesion force in heating. The thermoplastic resin is preferably -40-30 deg.C in glass transition temperature and not less than 10000 in weight average molecular weight and, for instance, elastomer group or the like such as polyvinyl acetate series resin, epoxy series resin, stylene butadiene rubber, isoprene rebbuer, etc., are used. Further, it is preferable that a content of thermoplastic resin is 70% and over to 100% including and a thickness of the first adhesive layer 2 is not less than 1 mum by considering its followable property to a medium to be recorded of low surface smoothness. When a correction sheet 5 is heated, the first adhesive layer 2 is softened thereby and comes easy to follow surface unevenness of the matter 6 to be recorded.
