METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR KNITTING REINFORCEMENT BASKET FOR PRESTRESSED CONCRETE COLUMN

PURPOSE:To simplify processes by inserting a PC steel material into a rough hole on circular end fitments installed before and behind a reinforcement basket, rotating a reinforcement and an end fitment and then binding an intermediate section of the PC steel material with the reinforcement basket. CONSTITUTION:The end fitments 27 having a Dharma-shaped hole each are installed before and behind the reinforcement basket 10. The PC steel material 56 having rivet heads at both ends is inserted into the Dharma-shaped hole and fixed there. Then the reinforcement 10 and the end fitments 27 are rotated and then the intermediate section of the PC steel material 56 is bound to the reinforcement basket 10. This method can simplify the production process and moreover elevate the production efficiency.
