PURPOSE:To reduce motor capacity and to save space, in packet sorbing device, by arranging a classifying shoot on the side of a looped travel path where linear travel sections are arranged vertically, then coupling a truck mounted with an inclinable pan movably between trucks and driving through a linear motor. CONSTITUTION:Horizontal linear paths 1Y, 1Z are arranged vertically in parallel with the opposite end sections 1X thereof being bent and inclined then coupled each other so as to provide a looped travel path 1. Many classifying shoots 2a-2n are juxtaposed on the side of the travel path 1 and transfer conveyors 4a-4c are connected. A travel truck 3 comprises a linear motor 6, a V-shaped pan 31 rollable around a shaft 30S, a wheel 30W and a guide roller 30G, and coupled with other trucks through coupling brackets and run on a travel path 1. With such arrangement, the capacity of linear motor can be reduced and the installation space can be saved.
