CONSTITUTION:Clay as a raw material kneaded by means of a clay-kneader is passed through a sleave 8 and extruded from a mold S. In this case a plurality (for example 10 pieces) of bodies T for molding tiles of 6mm in thickness formed in parallel are molded in equal distances (for example 6 mm) which are equal to the thickness of a core K. At the same time, they are extrusion-molded integrally with parts E of shelf plates of, for example, 6mm in thickness and extruded at the same time at the parts of their upper and lower edge faces. Then, these are cut in the lateral direction in the tile length by means of a wire and dried as they are. Then, they are put in an oven and baked. The parts E of shelf plates are striken to cut calcinated tile from the parts E of shelf plates and tile products are thereby obtained. At this time, when the parts E of shelf plates are striken, parts between dividing grooves Tb for forming edge faces and dividing grooves Tc from the rear parts of tile bodies are broken to have individual tiles.
