PURPOSE:To prevent the deterioration of throughput when a collision occurs between devices on a lower-rank plex side and the violation of code rule takes place in the output of a lower-rank plex side receiving circuit, by correcting the code rule violation by means of a code rule violation correcting circuit. CONSTITUTION:A code rule violation correcting circuit 9 which inputs the output of a lower-rank plex side receiving circuit 5 monitors the code rule and, when a code rule violation is detected, code rule violation correcting circuit 9 which corrects code rule violation to be outputted is provided. When a collision occurs between lower-rank plex side devices 5, the code rule violation correcting circuit 9 detects the code rule violation produced as a result of the collision and corrects the violation. Therefore, signals having no code rule violation are inputted to a higher-rank network side transmitting circuit 13 and the deterioration of throughput can be prevented. |
