PURPOSE:To obtain a large charging output by the small number of parts and a small transformer by mounting two output windings, polarity of which is reversed, to the transformer for charge, connecting the output windings so that voltage is induced alternately and conducting charge by both induced voltage. CONSTITUTION:In a charging circuit charging a battery B according to a transistor inverter system while also supplying load M with electric power, output windings N2 and N4, polarity of which is reversed, are set up to a transformer. These output windings N2 and N4 are connected to a switching element Q1 so that voltage is induced alternately while being connected so as to be able to supply the battery B and the load M with electric power. The output winding N2 is operated as an ON-OFF type inverter, and the output winding N4 is worked as an ON-ON type inverter, and the battery B is charged, and the load M is supplied, with both induced voltages.
