<p>Process characterised in that
a) the following are injected continuously and simultaneously into a reactor fitted with a stirring system:
- an organic solvent,
- ammonia gas,
- a halosilane of formula R4-nSiXn,
- a ketoxime of formula R'R''C=N-OH,
b) the reaction mass leaving the reactor continuously is collected by virtue of an overspill device,
c) the XNH4 precipitate obtained is removed from this reaction mass and the organic liquid phase is distilled to collect therefrom the oximinosilane formed.
