<p>PURPOSE:To select and execute a suitable processing according to a status by providing a digital signal processing circuit or the like, executing a low pass filter operation according to and animation picture or a still picture and forming a field signal according to respective cases. CONSTITUTION:Initially, whether a frame picture stored in a frame memory 10 is the animation picture or the still picture is decided by a CPU, when the frame picture is the still picture, the digital signal processing circuit 12 applies the low pass filter processing to the longitudinal direction of the frame picture. Thereafter, one field signal is taken out and outputted, and when it is the animation picture, the low pass filter processing is not applied but one file field signal is taken out and outputted. The outputted signal is to a recorder or a transmitter 14, the transmitter 14 processes a signal for recording or transmitting to the received field signal, thereafter records on a recording medium such as a magnetic tape, a magnetic disk and transmits to a transmission path such as a telephone line. Thereby, the suitable processing according to the status can be selected and executed.</p> |
