PURPOSE:To remove glitch noise by a de-glitch circuit being operated by a pulse with integer times, by introducing a pulse train which decides a damping quantity in the control circuit of a resistor network. CONSTITUTION:The de-glitch circuit(sample-hold circuit)13 which operates the glitch noise being generated at the time of operating the switches S1-Sn of a ladder resistor network 11 synchronizing with the operating timing of the switches S1-Sn is provided. Then, the de-glitch circuit 13 in which the operating timing of the switch of the ladder resistor network is provided subordinately with the cycle of a factor of integer of the sampling cycle of a digital audio circuit is operated. And the glitch noise generated at the switches S1-Sn and the glitch noise generated at a D/A converter(DAC) are synchronized and removed by the subordinate de-glitch circuit 13. In such a way, since de-glitch is performed by the number of pulses with integer times the switching pulse of the resistor network 11 even when the glitch is generated by the switching of the resistor network 11, the glitch can be removed by the de-glitch circuit 13.
