PURPOSE:To bond a rotor shaft and a permanent magnet with high precision, and to improve the characteristics of a motor by monolithic-molding a rotor hub and the rotor shaft by plastics while simultaneously molding the permanent magnet. CONSTITUTION:A rotor has a multipolar-magnetized ring-shaped permanent magnet 1 alternately brought to unlike poles circumferentially and a rotor shaft 3, to which a rotor hub 2 holding the central section of the permanent magnet 1 through simultaneous molding is monolithic-molded and which is made of plastics. The permanent magnet 1 is magnetized in the plate thickness direction of a ring-shaped disk while magnetic poles N, S are multipolar- magnetized so as to be alternately brought to unlike poles circumferentially. A stator 4 is formed to a discoid shape from a magnetic substance.
