PURPOSE:To reduce the generation of straight current, by increasing drive current with heightened bias voltage across transistors on power source side and those on earth side in starting and by decreasing the drive current in a steady state. CONSTITUTION:In starting, with a current control circuit 1 the bias voltage across any of the transistors A1, A3 and A5 on power source side and transistors A2, A4 and A6 on earth side are so heightened that the drive current increases. When the revolution of a motor begins, the emitter current of transistors A2, A4 and A6 on earth side rises so suddenly and the bias voltage across the transistors A1, A3 and A5 on power source side and the transistors A2, A4 and A6 on earth side is so reduced that the drive current decreases to get to a steady state. |
