PURPOSE:To accurately obtain the titled delivery roll at a low cost, by relatively moving a synthetic resin roll and metallic saw in the shaft center direction to cut delivery furrows and forming arc furrows corresponding to the radius of the metallic saw on both ends of the delivery furrows. CONSTITUTION:A cylindrical synthetic resin roll 38 having the smooth surfaces is fixed so as to freely move back and forth and rotate and a metallic saw 45 is positioned above the roll 38.
