PURPOSE:To unify the heating temperature distribution and give a stirring effect to the cooked material by forming a burner with multiple heating coils arranged horizontally and feeding a high-frequency current to these heating coils in sequence with the time difference. CONSTITUTION:A heating unit burner 5 is formed with heating coils 6, 7, 8 which are independent and arranged horizontally at the same distance from the center. Switching transistors are independently inserted in high-frequency current feeding circuits of the coils 6, 7, 8 and closed in sequence by a timer to feed the high-frequency current to the coils 6, 7, 8. Opposite portions of sharp plates placed on a cooking plate on the coils 6, 7, 8 are heated, but the current feed is switched immediately after the heating, thus the same portion is not heated continuously, and the internal convection is changed. The temperature distribution of the sharp plates is thereby unified, and a stirring effect can be given. |
