<p>PURPOSE:To enable formation of plated layer of high adhesion directly on glass plate by using a glass whose surface is coated with glass paste, burned and treated with a chemical solution. CONSTITUTION:A base glass plate 10 having usual flat or semiflat surfaces is coated with glass paste and burned to prepare a base plate 10 bearing burned glass paste on its surface. The glass plate is rinsed with a chemical solution such as 50% nitric acid to remove the glass paste to form a glass plate 14 of modified surface. The modified surface on the base plate 14 has much improved adhesion to layers formed by electroless plating. Thus, the plate is used to form a plate layer 16 on the surface and the layer is photoetched to give fine circuit pattern 18.</p> |
