PURPOSE:To collect data for every cycle set by a user in the shortest time by transmitting an interrupting signal to a CPU from a calculator for either of every measuring cycle set by a setting device or an every signal processing time by a circuit composed of all channels linked to a sensor. CONSTITUTION:At the time of having the interrupting signal to the CPU 15 from a timer 14, the physical quantity is measured and measured data is stored in a RAM 9 for every multiplexer channel linked to the sensors 1-5 to constitute a circuit for collecting the data by one channel in which the interrupting signal is transmitted from the timer 14 to the CPU 15 for every signal processing time of all the channels or for every setting cycle. Thereby, a function for automatically measuring and recording the detected physical quantity of the sensors 1-5 linked to a multiplexer 6 sequentially by one channel to all the channels and collecting is exhibited. A similar data collecting function is exhibited in the cycle set by the user.
