PURPOSE:To make it possible to obtain a dielectric porcelain composition which can be sintered at a low temperature of 1000 deg.C or less and is high in product of dielectric constant by resistivity and mechanical strength by adding silver to the composition of the specific main component, so as to let contain as supplementary component. CONSTITUTION:Silver is added by 0.02-1wt.% to the main component as supplementary component to the composition of the main components which is on the line connecting each point of composition point shown by the formula I and in the composition range enclosed by these 7 points when three-component composition constituted of manganese lead niobate [Pb(Mn1/3.Nb2/3)O3], magnesium lead tungstate [Pb(Mg1/2.W1/2)O3] and lead titanate [PbTiO3] is indicated as [Pb(Mn1/3.Nb2/3)O3]x .[Pb(Mg1/2.W1/2)O3]y [PbTiO3]z (but x+y+z=1.00). Hereby, porcelain composition composition which can be sintered in the low temperature range below 1000 deg.C and is low in dielectric loss and high in capacity resistance product and has excellent electric property and large in mechanical strength can be obtained. |
