QUICK DISCONNECT COUPLING DEVICE A quick disconnect coupling device for a sump pump includes a pair of substantially identical coupling members formed of a chemically inert plastic material and coupling the discharge outlet of the sump pump to the outlet pipe for the sump. Each coupling member engages and is vertically slidable on vertical guide rails positioned within the sump. Each coupling member is provided with slots and ribs which releasably interlock with slots and ribs on the other coupling member which permits ready disconnection and ready reconnection of the coupling members when the sump pump is raised and lowered.
