PURPOSE:To eliminate distortion of an output signal by connecting a position desired to be connected to ground in terms of AC and a collector of a switching transistor (TR) through a capacitor. CONSTITUTION:A capacitor 1 is connected between a collector of the switching TR 2 and a transmission line, an emitter potential is connected to ground to supply a control current to the base. Then an input signal Vin is increased and the moment it reaches a potential lower than the base potential of the TR 2 being in the off-state in terms of AC, the capacitor 1 is charged. Since the base of the TR 2 and the input side are not conducted in terms of AC when the capacitor 1 is charged and reaches the steady-state, the signal is outputted to the output side without being subjected to a limit of the base potential of the TR 2 being in the OFF state. Since the output signal is controlled by connecting the TR to ground in terms of AC, the distortion of the output signal is eliminated.
